Each carer undergoes continuous training that ensures that we deliver the highest quality services to you. All care workers will be expected to complete the relevant NVQ qualification in care and newly appointed staff are required to demonstrate their competence and register for this within the first six months of employment.
Specialist advice, training and information are given to care workers working with specific user groups and/or medical conditions by someone who is professionally qualified to do so.

We support people with mental health and brain injury in a care home or in a supported living environment. We are specialised in dealing with challenging behaviours and our staff are fully trained and have several years working in this environment.

Our supported living services provide innovative and person-centred support, enabling people with autism, learning disabilities, mental health illnesses and challenging behaviours to live as independently as possible within their own homes and in the local community.

Temporary to Permanent Staffing

We offer temporary to permanent staff of your choice. Why recruit staff, if you can just fill your post with a temporary staff for a period of time then hire them permanently when you know them and tried them in real work scenario, without your company spending money on recruitment? This is a sure way of knowing what you are hiring. Our temporary staff can work in your company for a period of three to six months and after this period you can decide to offer them permanent positions or simply ask us to provide you with another staff who will satisfy that position.

Our recruitment process is conducted by experienced staff nurses who we believe are best placed to recruit like-minded professionals. The recruitment process ensures that candidate has most recent and relevant training, experience, DBS, Right to Work in the UK checks and at least three references from previous employment. Regular training which includes mandatory training are provided to comply with any ad hoc changes within the healthcare industry. This ensures our qualified staff are up to date with Continuous Professional Training (CPD)
